Services
CertifyMe DOT provides DOT medical examinations and certification determinations in accordance with regulations established by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
We use secure, FMCSA-compliant software to electronically submit required examination results.
Certification is not guaranteed. Determinations are made according to federal standards and professional medical judgment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CertifyMe DOT is not liable for:

Delays caused by regulatory agencies or third-party software systems

Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service at issue.
